Solo-Jec 5 is a modified-live virus (MLV) vaccine formulated to help protect healthy dogs and puppies against five major canine diseases: distemper, adenovirus types 1 and 2, parainfluenza, and parvovirus. This combination vaccine helps protect against canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, respiratory disease associated with canine adenovirus type 2, and canine parvovirus infection.
Supplied as a freeze-dried vaccine cake with a separate sterile diluent, Solo-Jec 5 is reconstituted before administration. It is intended for healthy dogs and puppies, with follow-up vaccination needed to help establish immunity. Maternal antibodies may interfere with the immune response in young puppies, so additional doses may be necessary. Consult your veterinarian for an appropriate vaccination schedule based on your dog's age, health, and vaccination history.

Directions:
- Aseptically rehydrate the vaccine cake with the supplied 1 mL of vaccine diluent.
- Shake well until thoroughly mixed.
- Administer the entire 1 mL dose subcutaneously or intramuscularly, following the product label.
- Follow the label's instructions for subsequent doses and consult your veterinarian for an appropriate vaccination schedule.
Dosage:
One 1 mL dose per dog. A second dose is indicated 3–4 weeks later according to the supplied directions. Puppies vaccinated before 9 weeks of age should be revaccinated every 3–4 weeks until 16 weeks of age, as directed by the product label.
Cautions/Warnings:

For healthy animals only: Dogs that are ill, stressed, malnourished, or affected by parasites may not develop an adequate immune response.
- Pregnancy: Do not use in pregnant dogs.
